FAQs
Why has my order been cancelled?
Orders will be cancelled for two reasons:
- Incorrect product allocation has been ordered (e.g. if you have ordered x4 shirts but are only eligible for x1 badge)
- Incorrect shipping option has been selected (e.g. you have selected free shipping but you are not an enrolled Online student).
- You have placed multiple orders for the same items.
Please place your order again after checking the Uniform Allocations page, and the Delivery Information and Collection Dates pages.
